About Us
IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an experienced Case Resolution Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for resolving client issues, administering case set-up and order processing, and ensuring quality service standards are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Resolve client issues by communicating with dealers/vendors and escalating unresolved issues to designated associates.
- Administer case set-up and order processing for a variety of clients.
- Stay current with product information, changes, and updates.
Qualifications
A minimum of three (3) years in customer contact or customer service is required. A high school diploma or equivalent; IT preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word, is also necessary.
