Key Responsibilities

As a Care and Resolution Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex claims and returns requests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing complex transactions regarding claims and returns requests and processing corresponding credits and/or denials.
  • Working closely with other departments to resolve disputed claims or debits.
  • Monitoring system for outstanding deductions and processing resolution.
  • Reviewing debit information and making direct calls to customers to obtain missing information.
  • Notifying distribution center of shipping discrepancies.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate credit files and distributing credit copies and supporting documents.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
