Responsibilities:
• Prepares pleadings, memoranda, appeal briefs, contracts, agreements, petitions for review, and other legal documents.
• Attends court hearings before trial courts, labor arbiters, and other quasi-judicial bodies and monitors progress of cases.
• Secures documents and witnesses for and against the company.
• Represents the organization in civil litigation and other legal proceedings, managing or advising and drawing up legal documents.
• Presents and summarizes cases to judges and juries, gathers evidence, examines legal data, selects jurors, argues motions, meets with judges.
• Compiles information for court cases; conducts legal research; finds laws or similar court decisions related to pending cases; interprets laws or legislation; explains government laws or regulations; analyzes data, legal questions, and existing evidence or facts; writes legal documents and drafts laws or legislation.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in Litigation or a related field is required.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, as well as the ability to take initiative when needed.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
