About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Complaint Resolution Professional to join our team at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving complex customer complaints, requests, and inquiries that have been escalated to the Bank's regulators, Senior Management, or internal units requiring special handling and business consideration.

This role involves ensuring prompt, fair, and customer-centric resolutions while safeguarding the Bank's reputation and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Manage escalated complaints, requests, and inquiries referred by regulators, senior management, and internal units.
  • Investigate escalated cases by gathering relevant data, coordinating with internal and external units, and analyzing the root causes of customer concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective resolution strategies, taking into account business considerations and customer satisfaction.
  • Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
