Sales Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our electrical and lighting product lines.
As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion across our electrical and lighting product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, exploring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze sales data and forecasts projections, working with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Lead and mentor junior sales team members, sharing your expertise and experience to help them succeed.
- A minimum of eight years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical and lighting industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, market analysis, and sales forecasting methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights to inform and enhance sales strategies.
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications and other sales tools for tracking customer interactions and managing sales pipelines.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
