At RCX Recruitment Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Appliances Service Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our appliance service team. With a strong background in technical management and leadership, you will be responsible for driving productivity, efficiency, and quality throughout our service delivery process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee PSD operations, including repair, rework, and ASC, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting customer expectations.
  • Analyze and respond to customer complaints and requests regarding repair, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide support and analysis for issues arising in manufacturing, purchasing, quality control, and the field, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate activities of service personnel, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and evaluating performance.
  • Provides mentorship and training to the team, enhancing their skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  • Supervising service legal agreements with customers and external service providers, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in appliance service management, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Extensive background in service operations, with experience in managing service teams, analyzing data, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
