About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Professional to join our team at Talisay Logistics and Packaging Corporation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting operations, including AP/AR, BIR, and tax-related tasks. This will involve:

  • All accounting transaction checking and monitoring (Petty Cash, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Inventories)
  • Preparing monthly VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax report
  • Preparing BIR Inventory Listing report
  • Preparing and submitting annual updating of books of accounts to BIR- Checking, filing, and monitoring all used sales invoices, debit memos, and credit memos for submission to BIR

In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The role also involves managing business accounts, preparing financial statements, verifying cash advance liquidations and returns, issuing cheques, checking billing computation of third-party suppliers, requisitioning purchased orders, monitoring P.O.s from suppliers, conducting physical inventory audits (monthly, quarterly, and annually), preparing and monitoring funds, validating payroll, checking SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF reconciliations, and other tasks assigned by management.
