Customer Service Operations Analyst

A Customer Service Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer service operations, aligning with business objectives. This position entails analyzing customer service data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis and Insights: Receives and logs internal and/or external customer problems/requests/issues, ensuring proper documentation and analysis of root causes.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Performs customer request/problem identification, follows defined procedures, and documents troubleshooting efforts and customer information in relevant tools.
- Incident Management: Develops and maintains product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business skills through on-the-job training and classroom sessions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrates understanding of customer business needs or market, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Process Improvement: Identifies root causes for customer dissatisfaction and recommends solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and Tracking: May perform follow-up on incidents with customers, monitor and track incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement.
- Outbound Contacts: May complete outbound customer contacts to resolve customer issues or recommend products or services.
- Educational Background: Graduate or undergraduate degree.
- Experience: Preferably has at least 2 years of BPO Sales Coach experience.
- Leadership Skills: Candidates must have experience managing a team of agents and exhibit skills in team, performance, SLA, and operations management.
- Adaptability and Motivation: Willing to work cyclical shift times and days, highly motivated, and able to work well with peers, stakeholders, and clients.
