Job Summary:


As a Cable Customer Experience Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their cable services. Your role will involve providing top-notch customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell cable services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical issues related to cable services.

Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Customer Experience Solutions or Communications.
  • At least 6-12 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the cable industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customer segments.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to the cable industry.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate customer needs.
