Neksjob is seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional support to our customers. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their cable services, utilizing strong communication skills to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Develop a deep understanding of cable services and products to effectively address customer needs

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a strong background in the Customer Experience Solutions industry, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree from a recognized institution (college graduate)
  • At least 6-12 months of experience in the Customer Experience Solutions industry
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and computer skills
  • Ability to work on shifting schedules
