About the Role

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding phone or mobile phone services, billing concerns, or promo packages. You will identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, ensuring all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify and address customer complaints, working to find solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

What We Offer
