Customer Support Liaison

At Neksjob Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.
What You Will Do:
- Answer product and service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Suggest information about other products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Update customer records as necessary to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- Degree: At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- English Communication Skills: Good to excellent English communication skills
- Experience: At least 6 months call center experience
- Willingness to Start Immediately: Willing to start immediately
