This role is part of the Leadership Team and will work together with leadership in achieving company goals.
Our ideal candidate should have at least 1–3 years of experience in technical support in a corporate environment or other technical roles, with a background in Customer Service or Technical Analysis.
The successful applicant should also have excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include being an Ambassador of our values and culture, ensuring processes are aligned with our values at all times. The successful candidate should also communicate and uphold our company values, while protecting the best interest of the company.
Other key responsibilities include planning ahead and being proactive to ensure zero downtime in operations, exhibiting excellent customer service when responding to requests, and continuously improving technical knowledge through training and skill development.
