We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team in a fractional capacity. This role requires expertise in technical support, customer interactions via inbound and outbound calls, product demonstrations, and CRM systems.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with technical issues and product inquiries.
- Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality.
- Provide tech support and troubleshooting assistance with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Manage multiple client engagements, offering tailored solutions and support.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of interactions and resolutions.
Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, providing tech support, and managing client engagements.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel in technical support, customer service, and product knowledge. A strong ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively with internal teams is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in startup environments and be comfortable managing multiple client accounts efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple client accounts.
- Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a remote work setting.
