Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of products including hardware, software, printing solutions, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while escalating cases when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, resolve escalations, and improve workflows.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of technical support experience is required.
  • Previous experience troubleshooting remotely is essential.
  • Exceptional English language written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach are expected.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Zendesk support ticketing systems is a plus.
  • A background in photography or event-related technology can be beneficial.
  • The ability to identify proactive solutions is highly valued.
