Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Development Manager to join our Oracle team in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess strong inside sales experience and a proven track record of success in selling business applications solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. They will also develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications and participate in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, and customer meetings.

  • Prospecting for new mid-market or small business customers.
  • Managing sales through lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Developing solution proposals for business applications.
  • Promoting NetSuite ERP solutions to existing clients in North America region.

Requirements

  1. A university degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience.
  2. 3-5 years inside sales experience selling software licenses.
  3. Experience in selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions would be a plus.
  4. Results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude.
  5. Effective communication skills with internal and external clients.
  6. Ability to work in a team environment.
