Client Tax Specialist

Transform negative emotions into something positive and empower clients with exceptional sales tax services. Join our dynamic team as a Client Tax Specialist, responsible for delivering top-notch support to existing clients, ensuring seamless transactions, and fostering long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage changes to existing client accounts, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with clients to address any new needs or concerns, ensuring timely resolutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Analyze economic and presence factors to determine nexus obligations, working closely with onboarding specialists to review and present results.
  • Update and test tax collection settings on sales platforms, guaranteeing accurate and efficient sales tax management.
  • Support clients through offboarding processes, including permit closure, final billing, and paperwork.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for billing-related changes or issues, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent client experience.
  • Contribute to onboarding process improvement initiatives, collaborating with the onboarding team to enhance project workflows and minimize risk.
Qualifications:
  • Strong preference for experience in tax auditing, consultancy, or advisory.
  • Proven track record of working with project management and detailed analysis and research.
  • Positive references from past supervisors.
  • Sales tax experience is a plus, but not required.
