Tax Professional

We are a dynamic team looking for an individual to prepare workpapers and file state and local sales tax returns.

Conduct research on various indirect tax matters, including nexus and state filing requirements.

Respond to notices received and participate in sales tax reviews.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience related to tax and/or accounting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced setting.
  • General computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A data-conscious individual willing to learn how systems/software integrate and produce information.
  • A proven track record of working independently with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Responsible and reliable, capable of maintaining production while fostering a team atmosphere.
  • Possess deductive reasoning and a growth mindset.
