Professional Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled tax professional to provide exceptional support and expertise to our clients. As a key member of our tax preparation team, you will work closely with experienced tax professionals to deliver premium services.
Key Responsibilities:- Interact with clients, gather and review tax information, prepare accurate tax returns, and conduct complex tax research projects.
- Ensure clients comply with IRS regulations and work to minimize their tax liabilities through expert analysis and recommendations.
- Review client financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant records to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals to deliver high-quality services and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level minimum)
- Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients via phone in English
- 2-3 years of experience in US tax preparation
- English proficiency (C1+ level)
- Enrolled agent certification or in progress
- Experience using tax preparation software and web applications
