Job Title: US Tax Specialist - Tax Accountant

","The ideal candidate is a certified Enrolled Agent (EA) with expertise in QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBO), bookkeeping, and ProConnect Tax. They should have at least 2 years of experience in these areas and be familiar with U.S. sales tax filings.
","Responsibilities include preparing and filing federal, state, and local tax returns using ProConnect Tax, managing and filing U.S. sales tax returns, maintaining clients' financial records in QBO Accountant, and performing routine bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable management and reconciliations.
","The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. They should also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and high proficiency with tax and bookkeeping software.
