Job Overview

The Compensation Analyst position at Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. is a crucial role in the design, implementation, and monitoring of employee compensation for both union and non-union groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain facility-specific compensation tables in the HR System, including job codes, job titles, salary structures, union step rates, shift differentials, and per diem rates.
  • Provide timely responses to clients at assigned facilities regarding compensation requests.
  • Participate in external market salary surveys to ensure accurate compensation data.
  • Publish yearly market salary surveys in Pay Factors and/or the HR System.
  • Analyze internal and external market conditions on a yearly basis and as needed.
  • Utilize internal resources and tools to perform analysis and make recommendations on base pay programs.
  • Support special projects that impact compensation and operations, such as premium pay or cost modeling.
  • Maintain relationships with assigned facilities and client groups by effectively managing their compensation programs.
  • Support the Merit process for assigned facilities.
  • Maintain hiring grids for assigned facilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Amenable to work in a Business Global Center environment.
  • Willing to work in a night shift schedule.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst.
  • Proficient in Excel.
