- Provide regular reports and insights on total rewards, compensation trends, and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Two to four years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards analysis.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
