This involves gathering and analyzing data, providing insights and recommendations, and collaborating with management to achieve our strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefit offerings that align with our organizational strategy.
  3. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  4. Provide regular reports and insights on total rewards, compensation trends, and program effectiveness.
  5. Communicate total rewards programs and policies to employees.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Two to four years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
