Senior Compensation Consulting AnalystWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Career team at Mercer Philippines. This role will be based in Manila. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst will support the growth of both existing and new business in Career by managing and delivering Total Remuneration Surveys, collaborating closely with clients, operations, and regional teams. This role involves working with a diverse array of clients to assist them in developing and implementing employee reward programs, offering expert advice on pay philosophy, reward strategy, incentive design, market trends, regulations, and best practices. By leveraging global research and thorough analysis, compensation consultants provide clients with the guidance, knowledge, tools, and support necessary to ensure their reward programs align with their strategic objectives.
- Manage industry surveys related to marketing, data management, and survey delivery by working closely with the Regional Industry Survey team, Operations, and the Client Solutions Team (CST) survey operations.
- Optimize the use of survey data through effective presentation of survey results and by training clients on the use of the online survey tool (WIN).
- Establish rapport with existing and prospective clients by professionally addressing their inquiries to ensure high-quality services and client satisfaction.
- Provide support in establishing networks and developing new business and markets by introducing other services and products to increase revenue. Upsell other Mercer workforce products (TRS/TRD/MBM, publications, mobility, etc.) and identify cross-LOB opportunities.
- Handle simple rewards consulting engagements (e.g., salary structure design, benefits benchmarking) and provide support to senior consultants and business leaders on complex consulting projects (job evaluation, competency framework design, HR transformation, performance management, employee engagement surveys, focus group discussions, etc.).
- Contribute 10%-15% to the Career revenue target.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in HR and/or Consulting (related to Rewards, Performance Management and Competency Framework)
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Masterful communication skills that captivate and clarify, ensuring messages are both engaging and effectively delivered.
