Compensation Program Administrator

Job Description
This HR Business Process Analyst position at Optum involves supporting and administering our variable compensation program for India and Philippine-based employees. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
About the Team
We're a diverse team with operations across multiple regions, including the Philippines. As a Business Operations Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for improving healthcare.
About the Position
This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Management, as well as 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation, Payroll, or Employee Relations domains. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, is essential. Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer variable incentive compensation plans
- Process payroll month-over-month
- Resolve employee inquiries
- Create data models
- Perform validation and quality checks
- Suggest Varicent ICM system enhancements
