Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls and inquiries from customers, providing them with information and assistance on our client's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and inquiries from customers, providing them with information and assistance on our client's products and services.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- You must have completed 2 years of college education, with no back subjects.
- You should have at least 1 year of experience in an international voice account.
- You must possess good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You should have strong customer orientation skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs.
