Job Details
  • This role involves providing business support and technical work using data organizing and coordination skills.
  • Tasks are performed based on established procedures.
  • Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent experience may be required in some areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess calls to provide immediate service, transfer, or follow-up for client resolution.
  • Identify customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
  • Perform routine call center activities concerning business products and services.
  • Use standard scripts and guidelines under supervision to meet SLAs.
  • Provide customers with specialized information.
  • Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner.
  • Gather necessary information to update the database.
  • Evaluate issues to escalate to senior levels based on complaints or concerns.
  • Explain company policies to customers.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end resolution of customer issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
Requirements
  • Customer service / Medical Information experience is a must.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Call center experience is required.
  • A strong attention to detail is a must.
