Job Details- This role involves providing business support and technical work using data organizing and coordination skills.
- Tasks are performed based on established procedures.
- Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent experience may be required in some areas.
- Assess calls to provide immediate service, transfer, or follow-up for client resolution.
- Identify customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
- Perform routine call center activities concerning business products and services.
- Use standard scripts and guidelines under supervision to meet SLAs.
- Provide customers with specialized information.
- Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner.
- Gather necessary information to update the database.
- Evaluate issues to escalate to senior levels based on complaints or concerns.
- Explain company policies to customers.
- Be responsible for end-to-end resolution of customer issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- Customer service / Medical Information experience is a must.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Call center experience is required.
- A strong attention to detail is a must.
