We are looking for a results-driven and team-oriented individual to fill the role of Bilingual Healthcare Account Manager at MiraMed Philippines Group.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with healthcare customers.

Job Description:

As an account manager, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate and timely support. You will also analyze and process data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating good conflict resolution skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college background preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Expert understanding of computer applications, including data entry software.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work night shifts and pass internal literacy tests and Spanish communication interviews.
