Healthcare Customer Support Representative

Optum, a UnitedHealth Group Company, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with our internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues, and provide guidance on healthcare-related topics.
As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer service inquiries and issues, guiding and educating customers on healthcare topics, and intervening with care providers when necessary. You will also be responsible for providing real-time resolutions or comprehensive follow-up with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service inquiries and issues

Requirements:
- College graduates with or without international BPO voice experience
- High school graduates with at least 6 months international BPO voice or non-voice experience
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to report to Science Hub Tower 1, McKinley Taguig
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules
- Filipino citizenship
