About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Healthcare Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Customers: Respond to customer inquiries and provide them with information and assistance they need on our client's products and services.
  2. Resolve Customer Issues: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Improve Customer Experience: Focus on delivering a great experience for our customers by listening attentively to their needs and concerns.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A completed 2-year college degree (with no back subjects).
  • At least 1 year of experience in an International Voice Account environment.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation skills.
