About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Healthcare Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Customers: Respond to customer inquiries and provide them with information and assistance they need on our client's products and services.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Improve Customer Experience: Focus on delivering a great experience for our customers by listening attentively to their needs and concerns.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A completed 2-year college degree (with no back subjects).
- At least 1 year of experience in an International Voice Account environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation skills.
