As a Sales Development Manager at Gardenia Bakeries (Phils.), Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our brand. You will be responsible for formulating, executing, and monitoring marketing plans to increase our market share.

This role involves assisting in managing our products, advertising strategies, promotions, selling tactics, and general administration. If you have experience in marketing, brand/product management, category management, or customer marketing, preferably from the food, consumer goods, retail, or advertising industries, you will be an asset to our team.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. You should be willing to relocate to Biñan, Laguna, and have a solid educational background as a graduate of any four-year course, preferably Management or Business or any Marketing-related course.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about working in the FMCG industry and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets. In return, we offer a competitive salary range of P250,000 to P350,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and training opportunities.
