Business Development Representative

Are you a results-driven professional looking for a challenging role that combines sales, customer service, and business development?
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at RED PALLET PROVIDER COMPANY.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for addressing the needs of customers and sales teams, assisting with sale forecasting, arranging sales data, coordinating sales meetings, performing data entry tasks as necessary, processing orders, answering phone calls, and conducting onsite visits of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Coordinate sales meetings and presentations to potential clients
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We also offer opportunities for career growth and professional development within the company.
