About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Customer Care Advocate I. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex claims and returns requests.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing complex transactions regarding claims and returns requests, processing corresponding credits and/or denials, and working closely with other departments to resolve disputed claims or debits.

You will also be responsible for monitoring system for outstanding deductions and processing resolution. Additionally, you will review debit information, make direct calls to customers to obtain missing information, and notify distribution center of shipping discrepancies.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
