Customer Experience Advocate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing the customer experience, and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with Account Executives to facilitate client connections
  3. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  4. Meet regular productivity targets while delivering exceptional client service
Requirements
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or business administration
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles and lead generation
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Able to adapt to varying schedules, including nighttime shifts
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools
