About the Team:
We are a dynamic team at SUMO Services Corporation dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences through our Asana service packages. As a Client Success Advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client success strategies to drive long-term relationships and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive onboarding processes and ensure seamless client integration
- Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive support
- Contribute to sales efforts by participating in marketing initiatives and client subscription renewals and upgrades
- Identify opportunities to improve client experiences and develop process improvements to enhance overall service delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering and supporting Asana service packages, including onboarding, workflow builds, and relaunches
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to foster strong client relationships and drive loyalty
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex client issues and deliver creative solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a distributed team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
