About the Role:
Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. is seeking a Patient Safety Advocate to support our efforts in ensuring safe and evidence-based care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in abstracting data elements from patient records, maintaining accurate and timely data entry, and collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Abstract data elements from patient electronic medical records.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry into designated databases or registry sites.
- Communicate effectively with customer hospitals, Clinical Quality departments, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Seek guidance from Clinical Quality Analyst Educator and Manager.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Clinical experience in relevant areas
Working Arrangements:
- Mandatory 3 months onsite training
- Hybrid set-up (based on work performance)
- Back office
