We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware and software troubleshooting support
- Configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Assist in the development and implementation of technical procedures
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of virtual machine, imaging, and HW/SW troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IOS and Android OS
