Job Description

Tasq Staffing Solutions is seeking a seasoned Service Desk Team Leader to oversee the performance of our service desk team. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team provides top-notch support to clients while adhering to company policies and processes.

About You
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- ITIL certified
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of up to 40 members
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle escalations quickly and effectively

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the service desk team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction and meet service level agreements
- Develop and implement Service Improvement Plans (SIP) to enhance team performance
- Conduct quality audits, coach, and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in English language (read, write, speak)
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to support the team on the ground
- Process knowledge with the ability to drive the team and ensure service levels are met
- Quick response to escalations with effective action-taking
