We are seeking a skilled and organised Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate client and agent data.
- Support agent data management, including database updates and reporting.
- Assist with social media management, scheduling posts and responding to inquiries.
The role also involves researching and sourcing property listings based on client needs and criteria.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing general administrative duties such as email management and calendar coordination.
- Preparing documents and reports as required.
- Collaborating closely with the business owner to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
- Maintaining high professionalism in all client interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM related tools.
- Experience with Canva and VTiger is necessary.
- Familiarity with Wix and WordPress is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is essential.
