Job Title: Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and organised Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate client and agent data.
  • Support agent data management, including database updates and reporting.
  • Assist with social media management, scheduling posts and responding to inquiries.

The role also involves researching and sourcing property listings based on client needs and criteria.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing general administrative duties such as email management and calendar coordination.
  2. Preparing documents and reports as required.
  3. Collaborating closely with the business owner to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
  4. Maintaining high professionalism in all client interactions.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using Monday.com or any CRM related tools.
  • Experience with Canva and VTiger is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Wix and WordPress is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is essential.
