Business Operations Specialist

The primary function of this role is to execute operations audits, review and revise internal controls, and implement recommendations from past audits. This will involve performing audit-related investigations, maintaining documentation for risk assessment and management processes, and preparing quality reports.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Business Operations Specialist will be required to deliver a professional service experience to customers via phone, verify and confirm order details, and complete tasks assigned in a day. They will work closely with other departments' stakeholders to support business administration activities and objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and ad hoc tasks as needed.
