Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring business listings, communicating with clients through professional calls and emails, and providing administrative support.

  • Monitor and manage business listings across various platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through calls and emails.
  • Prepare and send correspondence with impeccable grammar and tone.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and provide executive support.
  • Handle Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business operations or a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
