Our team seeks an experienced Operations Specialist to support the ongoing management of our Cirtuo platform. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational assistance, ensuring seamless project collaboration and efficient team scheduling.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of Cirtuo by providing exceptional administrative assistance.
- Manage user access and category tree/spend taxonomy updates to guarantee data accuracy.
- Oversee spend data upload and validation, and coordinate business intelligence data requests.
- Maintain and update our SharePoint site and landing pages for effective project collaboration.
- Coordinate Project and Core Team calendars for streamlined team scheduling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in digital tools like SharePoint, Excel, and data management platforms.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Work Arrangement:
We offer a remote WFH set-up for this role.
