Executive Assistant Job Description

This role provides high-level administrative, financial, and project management support to the executive team.

  • Draft and edit business documents, reports, and memos
  • Maintain databases, records, and confidential files
  • Act as the first point of contact for the executive when needed
  • Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all activities
  • Assist with financial analysis and data tracking using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Write monthly executive reports
  • Help track budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs
  • Support invoice processing, vendor management, and procurement
Strategic & Project Management Support
  • Take ownership of special projects that drive business growth and efficiency
  • Assist in researching and implementing new tools and processes
  • Develop an understanding of company strategy and assist with planning initiatives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a virtual executive assistant role
  • 1+ years of experience interacting with corporate finance
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency
  • Excellent communication, writing, proofreading, and editing abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
