Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Dressmaker and Administrator to manage various aspects of our business. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating and maintaining inventory records, managing social media presence, coordinating shipments, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client communications through social media or mobile number
- Perform social media maintenance and management
- Work at the office 3 times a week at Mercedes Park, Pasig City
- Manage administrative tasks from home
- Help clients select suitable gowns
- Process contract signings and track payments
- Keep track of wedding schedules, returns, cleaning, and fitting dates
- Monitor inventory and damages
- Achieve a minimum of 15 rentals per month
- Take client measurements
- Prepare shipments and inspect gowns for quality control
- Oversee beaders' timelines for dresses
Requirements:
- At least college level education
- Experience in tailoring and administration
- Prior portfolio or relevant experience
Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000 per month (dependent on experience)
