Comrise Global Solutions is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide essential support to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Admin Services Manager and be responsible for managing email and calendar, scheduling meetings and events, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, and providing document management support.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with a strong command of the English language both written and verbal. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook Email, Calendar, and Teams.

This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and administration or transferable skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive 'can-do' attitude
