The Permits and Documentation Officer will be responsible for facilitating the processing of business permits and licenses for the Professional Parking Group. This role involves coordinating with various government offices and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and transact with Business Permits and License Office
- Transact with City Treasurer's Office, City Administrator's Office, Office of the Senior Citizen Office (OSCA), City Council Office, and Bureau of Internal Revenue
- Process tax clearances, prepare and register book of account, and process POS permit
- Process ATP (for manual ticket), new business application for TIN (corporation), Mayor's Permit, Sanitary Permit, CENRO Clearance, Bureau of Fire Protection Clearance, and Fire Safety Inspection Certificate
- Process traffic and parking bureau clearance, building, and electrical requirements, follow up on lease of contracts, process tax order payment or statement of account, and process change of name and change address
- Safekeeping of soft and hard copy of business permits, requesting and preparation of documents for cash advance and payment, and site visit for monitoring of local government compliances
- Update work status to immediate Department Head, claiming of processed renewed permits and licenses, filing of documents, and preparation of internal and external correspondence
