Seeking a motivated Administrative Support Professional to join our team at XMC BPO in Pasig City.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining facilities, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and ordering office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and communicating with vendors and contractors.

In addition, you will implement and uphold safety protocols in accordance with basic occupational hazard standards, respond to emergencies, and provide first aid assistance when necessary.

Moreover, you will support event planning and logistics for company meetings and functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of facilities
  • Monitor and order office supplies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A graduate degree from any 4-year course
  • At least 6 months experience in administrative support or facilities management
  • Basic occupational hazard and first aid certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Familiarity with office equipment and maintenance protocols
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment
