About Professional Parking Management Corporation

We are a leading parking management company seeking an experienced Administrative Officer for Permits and Documentation to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with local government regulations and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process New Business Permits and Renewal of Permits
  • Obtain necessary clearances from various government offices, including the City Administrator's Office and Bureau of Internal Revenue
  • Prepare and submit documents for Cash Advance and Payment
  • Conduct site visits to monitor compliance with local government regulations
  • Update work status and track processed permits and licenses
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence, including letters and requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of processing permits and licenses efficiently

Estimated Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 45,000 per month
