Remote Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
You will work with various clients to resolve customer inquiries, proactively reach out to customers to promote new products, and provide solutions to complex issues. To succeed in this position, you must have prior call center experience, strong English skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints through effective problem-solving and communication.
- Research and retrieve information to support customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with ongoing training and updates to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous call center experience required.
- Strong command of the English language is essential.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM and high-speed internet connection necessary.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
