
Remote Customer Experience Specialist

MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Remote Customer Service Agent to support a range of customer service initiatives for diverse clients.
This role involves assisting customers with inquiries and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic problem solver who thrives on creating memorable customer experiences.
The successful candidate will possess strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as well as prior call center experience and the ability to work from home within 80km of our office.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, and researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs.
The position requires accurate documentation of interactions and processes claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, following scripts, policies, and procedures, and protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately.
Candidates must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess previous call center experience, work-from-home experience, and a strong command of the English language.
A typing speed of 20+ WPM, high-speed internet connection, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Windows operating systems, and skilled troubleshooting and follow-up abilities are also essential.
