We are seeking a skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, managing CRM systems, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
